5 day outlook


The 5 Day Outlook allows an operator to see all of the daily departures in a one convenient view for the next 5 days.

Navigate to Operations > 5 Day Outlook

  1. Tile view options: Compact or full size
  2. Autorefresh: If enabled it will refresh the page every few seconds to reflect changes
  3. Filters: This section can be expanded to filter manifests in the view

Information on each Rectangle

  1. Schedule Name(Upper left)
  2. Manifest Status(Upper left)
  3. Extra run icon(Upper left)
  4. Departure Time (Middle left)
  5. Brand Name (Lower left)
  6. Bus Name (Upper Right)
  7. Assigned Users (Middle Right)
  8. Capacity (Middle Right)
  9. Capacity Bar (Lower center)
  10. SSR Icon and Count(Lower Right)

Color Significance

  • Green indicates that the schedule is 90%+ load factor.
  • Blue indicates there are passengers booked on the schedule.
  • Grey indicates that the schedule has 0% load factor.
  • Red Out of Service indicates that a schedule has expired and is not in service. **Note:** that any passenger booked on that trip prior to it going out of service must be moved to a new schedule.

By Clicking on any one of the squares, you can access the manifest in order to redeem or unredeem tickets, manually add capacity to a specific schedule, or learn about any specific SSRs related to a manifest.

5 day outlook filters

As a company grows its network, the 5 day outlook might become overwhelming with the amount of information and schedules that are on display. Using the 5 day outlook filters it is possible to narrow the amount of results by

Once you have selected filters that you would like to use, click Apply. In this case we have used the filters to find all schedules with a load factor of 75% to 100%.

Capacity shown is based on load factor, not total tickets sold. The SSR count is based on the SSR code, please limit any changes to this code.
