Seat Synchronization - Place on Hold

This feature will allow the operator to configure, by channel, the length of time that a seat is placed on hold during the sales flow.

The length of time is configurable by Back-Office, Agency Back Office, Web sales, and Agency Web Sales channels. Once the length of time spent that the seat is on hold exceeds the configured amount of time, the sale will no longer be permitted and the seat will be liberated for potential sale by another customer.

How to configure the length of time a seat can be held

  • Navigate to the Admin Menu and select Setup

  • Select the Customizations menu to drop it down and reveal the configuration options.

  • Configure the four different channels with the amount of seconds that you would like a seat to be held before being released again for sale.
