Bundle redeemable item
To purchase a bundle, first select your previously configured bundle product from the sales screen. Then, select the bundle you want to sell, and fill the necessary information. Note that some fields may be greyed out, depending on the bundle's configuration; some parameters may be fixed.

When a bundle is purchased, the client will always receive a ticket confirmation that will have all of the redeemable item codes on the pdf that arrives to the client email. The number of codes on the pdf depend on how the bundle is configured for sale.
These redeemable items can be redeemed in the backoffice sales channel, via the online websales channel or with the scanner app (v7.15.2 or higher).
Two Backoffice Bundle Redemption Methods
- Sales Menu - Product Line
- Navigate to Sales, select the Bundle product.
- Enter the redemption code into the Item Id field, then click Redeem.
- On the Redemption Process screen the user redeeming the bundle will be required to input the origin and destination and select the date.
- Note there are arrows that allow the origine and destination to be conveniently reversed with a simple click.
- On the payment confirmation screen you can see that trasaction code, the amount paid was 0.00 and the payment was Redeemable item
- The last step is the successful conversion of the redeemable item into a reservation and the issuance of the printed ticket
- Using the global search tool
- A redeemable item can also be redeemed by using the global search tool to search for the transaction number containing the bundle.
- From the Transaction Details screen, select the desired redeemable item code by clicking on it to be brought to the Redeemable Item Details screen.
- In the upper right corner of this screen under the Actions list, click on the Redeem button to be brought to the Redemption Process screen and brought through the redemption flow until finalizing the reservation and receiving the printed ticket.
Websales Bundle Redemption Methods
1.The first method requires the user to navigate to the web sales portal.
Navigate to the websales portal.
Select the Bundle product and enter the redemption code into the Item Id field before clicking redeem to continue through the redemption flow.
- The second method requires that the user have a username/client number and password registered.
Once this is done, navigate to the websales portal, and select Sign In using the credentials previously created.
Once signed-in, select the portrait icon in the upper right corner and select Redeemable Item from the menu.
From the next screen the user will be able to see all Redeemable Items previously purchased, redeemed, and available for use.
Selecting an unused redeemable item will allow the user to continue through the websales redemption flow.
IMPORTANT:
- A redeemable item may be cancelled if it is configured as Cancellable in the Edit Bundle menu.
- A reservation ticket that is the product of redeeming a redeemable item may not be changed.
- A reservation ticket that is the product of redeeming a redeemable item may not be cancelled for a refund.
Redemption from the scanner app
With the scanner app, the driver can simply scan the QR code of a redeemable item and, as long as the stations in the RI matches the current trip, a new reservation will be created for the passenger.
If the trip has a seatmap, an available seat will be automatically assigned to the passenger and informed to the driver.
