Labels create
You may configure custom labels on the Betterez platform. These may assist you to quickly identify tickets or manifests. To create a label, go to Administration > Sales Operations > Labels.
Creating a label
Click on the Add New button and fill the necessary information.
- Name: The label name that will appear in the drop down when applying a label to a ticket or manifest.
- Description: for future reference.
- Label color: this will be used in the UI as the outline or the text color of the label.
- Enabled/Disabled: to make the label available to be selected in tickets or manifests.
- Label type: either Ticket or Manifest/Schedule, so you can create different labels for its respective sections.
Adding a label to a ticket
You may add one or many labels to each ticket. Go to the top right corner of the Ticket details screen and click on the "+" button.
You will get all the available labels.
Once selected, label will be visible on the UI. You may also remove the label by pressing on the "x" button next to it.
The labels will also be displayed in the passenger list under the manifest.
Adding a label to a schedule
If you assign a label to a schedule, then this label will be automatically applied to all the manifests for this schedule.
Adding a label to a manifest
You may add one or many labels to each manifest, Go to the top right corner of the manifest screen and click on the "+" button. The labels will be applied and shown in the Manifest too.
Labels in reports
Under Operations > Manifests and on the Intelligence > Tickets report, you will see the label color on the left side of each row.
