System updates

Updates and upgrades will take place behind the scenes. The only thing you may notice will be the new features seamlessly integrated into what you are already using.

Our change management for APIs and Webhooks follows an "expand and contract" approach. Under this methodology:

-During an expansion, new fields or functionalities are introduced without affecting compatibility with existing integrations. This ensures that current customers experience no disruption to their operations.

-In the event of a contraction (i.e., the removal of fields or changes that may affect existing integrations), the responsible team issues a formal notification with due notice.

Our API documentation is kept up to date online as the primary reference. However, due to the frequency and non-disruptive nature of expansions, we do not currently manage a specific notification channel for these incremental changes.
