Gift Certificate Redemption

In order to use a gift certificate as a method of payment, follow these steps:

First access the web sales window and select the service you want to apply the gift certificate to. In this example we will reserve a ticket. Enter the origin, destination, and type of fare. Select the desired trip. Enter the passenger's details and any additional services they require. Review the details of the trip and press the checkout button.

To use a gift certificate change the Payment Method to Gift Certificate. Once Gift Certificate is selected a Certificate field appears. Enter the entire 24 character Gift Certificate ID, make sure to include the 'GC-' label as well. If the Gift Certificate ID is valid then the payment summary screen should automatically appear. Enter additional customer information, accept the terms and click Check Out.

Once the transaction is complete then a resulting page and email will provide the ticket in a PDF format.

If the confirmation email with the ID cannot be retrieved, simply search by the transaction number or the customer name to retrieve the Gift certificate ID. You can then re-send the email to the customer by clicking the envelope icon in the 'Transaction Details' box.

Voucher Redemption

In order to use a Voucher as a method of payment, follow these steps:

First access the web sales window and select the service you want to apply the Voucher to. In this example we will reserve a ticket. Enter the origin, destination, and type of fare. Select the desired trip. Enter the passenger's details and any additional services they require. Review the details of the trip and press the checkout button.

To use a Voucher, change the Payment Method to Voucher (or VoucherPay depending on the account).

Once Voucher is selected a Code field appears. Enter the entire Voucher Code, make sure to include the 'VC-' label as well. Then, add the name of the passenger. If the Voucher ID is valid then the payment summary screen should automatically appear. Enter additional customer information, accept the terms and click Check Out.

Please note that Vouchers can validate the Origin, Destination, and passenger name. If the information provided does not match the Voucher, it won't be applicable for your purchase.

If there is a remaining balance, you can use a credit card or other allowed payment methods to complete the payment.

Once the transaction is complete then a resulting page and email will provide the ticket in a PDF format.
