Where's my bus?


Your customers are now able to see in real-time where is the bus for any active trip. If you already have activated the premium feature for bus tracking, then you are all set up in websales.

Even if this feature is activated on websales, you still need to configure back-office and the scanner app in order to have the real-time position of the buses.

In backoffice, you can enter by clicking on Administration/Websales

Websales

Inside websales, users will find a new button with the text Where's my bus?.

App button

By clicking on it, they are brought to the list of active trips. That is, the trips active for today, and tomorrow up to 6 am (account's timezone).

Active trips

The trips will show the times in the local timezone of the user for easy following of the trips. By selecting any trip, a new page will be displayed with a map. In that map users can see all the stations marked as well as the real-time bus position if it is travelling.

By clicking any station, users can see more data like the ETA and station name.

Also on the confirmation email attached to a specific reservation, there is a section that says Where's my bus? Click Here

Purchase email

By clicking on the link, user go directly to that specific trip and its map.
