Twilio Integration Requirement
To fully enable SMS and WhatsApp notifications, the Twilio integration must be enabled and properly configured.
Enabling Twilio
Navigate to: Administration -> Notifications -> Twilio Settings

1.Change the Twilio Status to Enabled
2.Complete the Twilio Configuration section with the following required fields:
- Twilio Sending Phone Number
- Twilio Account SID
- Twilio Auth Token
All fields are mandatory. If any value is missing or invalid, SMS/WhatsApp notifications must not be sent, even if customers opted in during the sales flow.
