Twilio Integration Requirement


Twilio is one of the messaging providers for the SMS and WhatsApp settings page. To use WhatsApp notifications, Twilio must be enabled and properly configured. For SMS, you can use either Twilio or Salesforce; if you use Twilio for SMS, it must be enabled and configured as described below.
Enabling Twilio
Navigate to: Administration -> Notifications -> Twilio Settings

Twilio_configuration

1.Change the Twilio Status to Enabled
2.Complete the Twilio Configuration section with the following required fields:

  • Twilio Sending Phone Number
  • Twilio Account SID
  • Twilio Auth Token

All fields are mandatory. If any value is missing or invalid, SMS/WhatsApp notifications must not be sent, even if customers opted in during the sales flow.
