New "expired tickets" filter in Tickets report

You can now filter the Tickets Report results by ticket expiration status:

Remember that expiration date is determined by the Product's configuration and the travel date.

Webhooks update for voucher.created event

We have added more parameters to the voucher.created event to account for partial refunds.

• Associated ticket Id
• Associated ticket Number
• Sold item Id
• Sold item (name of paid in item)

Updates to the manifest page

Our manifest page has been updated with new features recently, please make sure to check them out! For a full review on the manifest's features, please refer to the manifest support article

Manifest Status

We are supporting manifest statuses that allow the operator to limit sales on individual manifests. The status will also work as a tag for future reference.

Manifest Internal Audit

We are now showing a tab that will allow users to follow the Manifest's audit trail. Changes to the manifest or the tickets on this manifest will be shown here.

Schedule "Add new"

You are able to create new schedules from the manifest. Should help the bus operator to create new additional schedules in case the first one fills up, or if a replacement one is needed. The default information for a duplicate manifest is the same as the original one, except it's defaulted to last only for one day.

Bulk Wizard

By pressing the right arrow Icon next to the Manifest's name, you can move all the tickets in the manifest to a new one. We have enhanced the Bulk wizard to have more options and flexibility with finding new trips.

Station maps

We've added maps in the configuration pages for quick validation of the station's location. We also use this information if you have an active Busbud integration.

In stations

Populate the coordinates for each station to see them in the map. For more info, please refer to our stations support article.

In routes and schedules

You will also be able to see the map in each route as an aid. In this page, only the stations added to the route will be displayed.

Similarly, in each schedule you will be able to see the enabled stations for each one, labeled with a letter in the order of the trip.

Updates to the Scanner App

Make sure you update the scanner to the latest version to see these updates.
