Navigate to the Administration > Dynamic Forms or search for Dyamic Form in the Administration menu.

A new connection engine (also called Coltrane) with an enhanced searching algorithm, more robust settings allowing a customer to retrieve the optimized connection trips in a faster way, is now available in Betterez system.

• Prices can be entered in the system using either the journey pricing tables or the point to point fare tables. When searching prices for a trip the system will first try to find the price in the Journey table and if not found will fall-back to the point to point pricing schema to find the price.

You can go to the voucher details page by clicking in the voucher ID from the transaction, or by searching the voucher code in the global search box.

• Identify the Customer # of all the records you would like to merge. - You may get these from the Customers report under intelligence, or you can use the Global Search to look for the customer's name/info.

If the confirmation email with the ID cannot be retrieved, simply search by the transaction number or the customer name to retrieve the Gift certificate ID. You can then re-send the email to the customer by clicking the envelope icon in the 'Transaction Details' box.

select_content will be triggered when a product is selected from the products page.
view_item will be triggered when a trip is searched.
add_to_cart will be triggered when the searched trip is added to the cart.
begin_checkout will be triggered when the checkout is started from the cart page.
add_payment_info will be triggered when the payment info is added.
purchase will be triggered when a purchase is confirmed.

If the search date is change to a weekend day, "Saturday", the price pulled is from the JP rule

This table is also used to show or hide pricing for a specific origin and destination, so even if you do not need to calculate or prorate taxes you still need to fill it out for the pricing to work and trips to show in the trip search, but in this case you can add just "1".

• Enter the ticket number into the search box in the top right

The first way is to click or search for the transaction number containing the 27 character Flexpass ID (FD-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) using the global search box. Once you are on the transaction details screen you can copy the Flexpass ID.

By default the system will show the active schedules. If you want to search for inactive schedules you need to click on on Show Filters.

You can enter a localized message for the trips results page when a particular trip search return no results. This message will be used in all channels. (back-office and websales)

You can use the filters to search for currency transactions over a specific date range or simply select Apply filters without using filters to generate the report.

If the origin or destination station is an airport after the trip search you get to a screen where you need to select the Terminal and the airline. This will allow the app to sort tickets per terminal for the driver.

Now search for a ticket that you would like to cancel, you will see a field called 'Penalty Amount' to type in the fees. Enter the appropriate number here, and the reason for the fees being charged under 'Penalty Reason'

Agencies may not see the Company fields and searching for companies may be disabled depending on how the agency have been setup by the provider.

When someone searches for trips, and you’re using Journey Pricing, a price is selected for each trip using the following logic:

You can also set a Load factor range so this rule will only target purchases where the highest load factor of all vehicles on all legs of the journey is greater or equal to LOAD FACTOR FROM and less than LOAD FACTOR TO at the time that the trip search is performed.

Trip search pull prices from only one Pricing Schema at the same time, it is not possible to combine JP and Fare Tables for a single trip search.

Our Trip Search Service ('service') receives the search request and begins working on it.

The name search can match exact matches or partial matches. Partial matches will only match the beginning of the station name. If you have a station with the name 'Cumberland' you can find it entering just 'cumber' but you WILL NOT FIND IT if you enter 'land'.

You can also enable the zone so it can be found when searching for prices.

Please keep in mind that if you're currently selling tickets through Busbud, creating and using a new brand could result in duplicate trip listings in the search results. It's important to inform the Busbud team in advance to avoid any issues.

• Using the global search tool

• Search - The consumer will be able to search the transactions created network-wide within the provider environment.

For the 'Search' column: you can add multiple terms and separate each unique one with a comma e.g. for a company called ABC Travels, you can have ABC, Travels in the 'Search' column

You can find the search box on the top right corner, next to the Admin Menu from every page in the Betterez System. Click on the Magnifier Glass Icon or press Alt+F to be able to type in the box.

When using the search bar it will go to the page 1.

Go to the search box at the upper right corner and search for the customer that you will enroll in the Loyalty Program.

A Gift certificate use can be tracked by searching the 24-digit gift certificate using the global search function to arrive at the Gift certificate details page.

You can use the search feature to search for shifts. Make sure to enter the full shift number all in uppercase, for example: S-X3KKCRD

The user will have a search bar on top of the trip list, so that he/she can find an specific trip easily.

Each time you choose to continue shopping, a new operation begins where prices are calculated depending on the criteria defined at the time the search is executed. The shopping cart groups each of the selections together as the price is calculated based on all the properties defined.
