The Payments report allows to view information related to any transactions done through any of your sales channels. The way the information is displayed makes it easier to identify any group of transactions that may have some issue with the payments, or get information by shift location to be able to evaluate specific agencies.

In order to select that payment methods that you would like to accept, navigate to Admin > Payments for a review of all of the different payment methods that the Betterez platform can accept.

In order to configure the Oxxo payment, navigate to Admin -> Payments and selected the oxxo_pay payment method.

Navigate to admin->payments and select the flexpass payment type in order to continue with configuration of the flexpass payment method.

If the currency configured in Betterez is different than the currency configured in Square the payment will not be processed. you need to make sure both systems are configured to use the same currency before processing payments.

In order to configure the IVR referenced payment method, navigate to Admin -> Payments and selected the ivr payment method. IVR is otherwise know as Interactive Voice Response and is typically used to by call centers to take payments over the telephone.

In order to configure the Pinpad referenced payment method, navigate to Admin -> Payments and selected the pinpad payment method.

Enter the webhooks url from the Square payments page in the URL field.

In order to configure the Pay me later referenced payment type, navigate to Admin -> Payments and selected the pay_me_later payment type.

In order to configure the Pay near me referenced payment type, navigate to Admin -> Payments and selected the pay_near_me payment type.

The list will display all the terminals associated to the main merchantId and secundary merchantId's associted to the payments-cardpointe-terminal">Cardpointe terminal payment method.

If you delete a subdomain it will be removed from the DNS server and from all payments and products.

The first step is to make sure the "deferred_payment" method is enabled in your account under Admin>Payments.

Betterez includes a payment method provider called Referenced Payments. In particular, Betterez allows for configuration of 4 different default referenced payment methods:
