Passengers copy down function

When continuing through the Betterez purchase flow and upon arriving to the Passenger details screen, the user will have the option to use the Copy information button to copy down the information of the first passenger to the rest of the passengers with tickets in the transaction.

Move

After successfully moving the ticket, you will automatically be directed to the ticket details page where the new manifest date will be shown, with the Moved tag displayed in red. Notice that the ticket number has not changed.

Payments online refunds

  • In fact, if you go to the Ticket Details page for the same ticket, you will see in the status that ticket has been Cancelled. Click the view refund link for further details regarding the refund.

Vouchers report

Additionally, there are fields that can be selected to see that field more detail, such as the Voucher #. Clicking on it will take you to the voucher details page, where you'll be able to see additional fields like the Origin and Destination of the voucher, if applicable.

Parcel report

This report shows information about any Parcels. This can include parcels in paid, waiting for payment, canceled and All status as well as ticket changes. Since the system allows to have several policies for these operations, this report will show the details of each parcel and the total amount of each of them.

Refunds report

This report shows information about any refunds. This can include both cancellations and ticket changes. Since the system allows to have several policies for these operations, this report will show the details for each transaction and the total amount refunded after any fees are applied.

Overrides report

The Overrides report is made for tracking the waived cancellation or change fees. It offers details on when and who did the override to provide better control on regular operations.

You will need to enter a name in each of the languages enabled for your account. This is the name that will be used in the sales page and in the waybill as well that in reports and parcel details page.

First access the web sales window and select the service you want to apply the gift certificate to. In this example we will reserve a ticket. Enter the origin, destination, and type of fare. Select the desired trip. Enter the passenger's details and any additional services they require. Review the details of the trip and press the checkout button.

Parcel scanning work flow

Users can easily tell what their current parcel status is by checking the parcel details. All these statuses can be reversed from the Betterez BackOffice App except the 'Received' status.

Starting a refund remains the same. From the Transaction details, click on Cancel

Transaction summary

The Transaction Summary report allows to view a quick summary of the transactions made in your account. If you want more details about individual transactions, please refer to the Transactions Report.

This will open the details screen. It's the same screen as to create a new seat class but the fields will be completed with the information associated to the seat class that you are editing.

Parcel scanning

  • You can further verify this by going to Intelligence -> Parcels and then clicking on the Parcel ID of the package that was just scanned. Scroll down to the 'Scan Details' section, and you will see date and time, latitude and longitude, as well as the account which scanned for the package. See image below.

Avoid overlapping times in different trips: If =true, an error message will appear on the passenger details screen if the same flexpass is used to redeem two trips with overlapping journey times on the same date.

Early seat selection affects where the seatmap is shown for schedules that use seatmap. When this checkbox is checked you will see the seatmap besides the trip results. If left unchecked the seatmap(s) will shown when entering the passengers details.

Creating Dynamic Forms

This will open the details screen. It's the same screen as to create a new Dynamic Forms but the fields will be completed with the information associated to the Dynamic Forms that you are editing.

Email refund receipts automatically: when selected, upon completing a refund (cancellation) an email will be send to the customer associated to the original transaction with details of the refund and a PDF of the transaction details.

Taxes

Name: The name of the tax (this will be printed in tickets, transactions and shopping cart details as well as some other reports). You can set taxes with same name and overlapped periods as long as they differ in "country", "province" or "is border" field.

Bundle redeemable item

  • From the Transaction Details screen, select the desired redeemable item code by clicking on it to be brought to the Redeemable Item Details screen.

-Click ‘Add new’ and fill in the required details. Note that a pay on account needs to be created prior to setting up a code. In order to do so, go to ‘Payments’ option under the ‘admin’ drop-down, and select ‘pay_on_account’; then follow the instructions listed there.
