Flexpass

The Flexpass product must also be associated to the different available routes in order to access the different schedules offered and redeemed for the different origin and destination combinations using the pass. Click on the link if you need a reminder of how to associate a route to a product.

Enable check in for selected trips: If enabled you will be able to set some schedules as requiring check in as well as to set some new validations for the scanner app

Tickets report

Within the Tickets Report, you can select from a variety of filters to select the data that you are interesting in seeing. As shown below, some of the filtering options available include filtering by product, payment status, date range from purchase, ticket date, or updates, and tickets belonging to a certain schedule or route. Once you select the data you would like to display, click on the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

No-Show Report Instructions

If you want to go further and see the No-shows on a specific Schedule, you can go to the top of the table and filter the Schedule column by clicking on the dropdown menu icon at the right of the header cell. Then select the Schedule of interest

Ridership report

The Ridership report allows to view the number of ticket redemptions per schedule in a specific time window. It was recently enhanced to show trips from the current day.

Products - flexpass

Usages per trip: Entering a value of greater than 1 will allow multiple reservations to be made on the same schedule. Once the number of usages per trip exceeds the value entered, an error message will appear informing the user that they have exceeded the maximum number of purchases for that trip.

It is possible to do bulk redeem for active product lines and routes that are enabled, even if the schedule is expired.

Once in the Redemptions report page, you will see there are a variety of filters to select the data that you are interested in seeing. As shown below, the filtering options available include filtering by Date, Schedule, or backoffice user. Note that the Redemption date is the ticket creation date, not the travel date. Once you select the data you would like to display, click on the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

There are 4 channels for the Booking Session Grace Period/Timer (holding time) in order: back office, back office agency, web sales and web sales agency. This sets a user's seat selection holding time during which another customer who is looking at the EXACT same schedule and seatmap would not be able to click the seat that has already been selected by that user. This is updated real time, as one user selects and deselects in the seatmap page, another customer can see the seatmap availability change.

After you select the date of travel for your specific O & D you will be brought to the Select Trip screen where you will choose your desired schedule. Clicking Next will bring you to the Passenger Details screen to enter first and last name and email address.

Changing a ticket

Proceed to select the new schedule for the trip or trips and update any Passenger details, which means that you can also change the passenger.

Notice that in some cases you may want to use different Ids for different items that may have different characteristics, even if they belong to the same product and type. For example: reservations in the same account sometimes have seat information and sometimes they don't depending on the schedule. You may want to test how your template behaves with the different reservations.

Operation messages create

When the message appears on the trip search page, it is because the message applies to all schedules for the entire day.

Filter trips

If you edit an existing station's name, the change will flow through to all the Routes, Schedules, and Fares already set up. Editing a Station name will also reset the Filtered Trips. This means that all Filtered Trips will show up both in the Backoffice and Web Sales, which is why we recommend not changing a Station name after trips have been filtered out.

Products - bundles

Early seat selection affects where the seatmap is shown for schedules that use seatmap. When this checkbox is checked you will see the seatmap besides the trip results. If left unchecked the seatmap(s) will shown when entering the passengers details.
