No-Show Report Instructions

Since No-Shows are a check-in sub property, you need to extract the information indirectly from the tickets report. Please make sure you have the Tickets report enabled for your user and also the availability to download it to your computer. For this, we recommend also having a Spreadsheet software handy.

Manifests

You can see a list of boarding passengers. In the case of the image the ticket was not redeemed and you can redeem it either by scanning the ticket or clicking in the green Redeem button from the manifest list. From this view, you can also tag a passenger as no-show. For more info about statuses, please go to Ticket status article
