The Shifts report allows to view information related to any shifts, even the ones that are still open.

Shifts are enabled at the permissions level, so you will need to indicate your account representative what roles will need to use shifts.

Shift location closures allows you to group a set of regular Shifts from a single station and then make a deposit to "close" the location.

For those users whose role uses shifts, it is mandatory to have an open shift in order to scan.

Country: This invoice provider will be available for invoicing transactions associated with shifts opened for this country.

Location shift closure If enabled, this account will be able to enter bank deposits for one or more closed shifts from the location. The location will default to the logged in location of the user doing the location closure.

Some users does not use shifts (this is configurable). In those cases no validation is done.

Busbud does not use shifts so if your price is configured by shift zones you need to update those rules (duplicate them) and make sure that they are not shift zone restricted or Busbud wont have access to them.

This comparison highlights how the choice of time zone configuration—whether based on the first station or the account—affects the trip results. In Schedule 1, the UTC -5 time zone shifts the entire itinerary, requiring a local time adjustment at the destination. In Schedule 2, the alignment between the account’s time zone and Station D’s time zone eliminates the need for adjustments.
