Accumulating and redeeming loyalty points is something that is managed at the level of Pricing records. For every journey pricing rule/Market pricing modifier that is entered, there are two parameters related to loyalty.

The starting point to get this functionality working is to have a paid in family product already created and set to work in backoffice. Go to Admin -> Product Lines and check if the account has the right product having the paid in product family in place and check if it's properly set:

If you are moving a passenger from a manifest to a manifest that uses capacity exceptions, the move may only be completed if the capacity exception permits.
