Loyalty add remove points

Once a user is enrolled in the loyalty program, points can be manually added to or removed from the loyalty member's account by an administrative user. The ability to add or remove points is hidden behind a permission that can be added to a user role upon request by contacting support@betterez.com. The user adding or removing the points must also select one of the pre-configured reasons for the addition or deletion of points and may also add a free-text comment.

The starting point to get this functionality working is to have a paid in family product already created and set to work in backoffice. Go to Admin -> Product Lines and check if the account has the right product having the paid in product family in place and check if it's properly set:

Data Archiving

Various other data points related to the transaction are also archived, but always based on the creation date of that data. In general this will be about the same time as the transaction itself, but it is possible that a transaction might not be archived due to when the archving process runs, and a discrepancy between its date created, and the associated data points created date.

Manifests

If you are moving a passenger from a manifest to a manifest that uses capacity exceptions, the move may only be completed if the capacity exception permits. For example, consider a schedule that goes from A-B-C-D. If you want to move a passenger that is travelling from B-D on Manifest A to Manifest B, but Manifest B has a capacity of 2 for point B to point D and there are already 2 or more passengers travelling from A-D, it will not allow the move and will give an error that there are "No more seats left in some part of the trip".

When purchasing a product from reservation (where the confirmation email has a link to change the ticket) or product that requires redeeming an item (such as bundle or flexpass), the link in the confirmation email will point to the first url that is available for that product. Even if it is available for All Domains or for several domains such as Domain 1 and Domain 2 it will always link to the Domain 1.

If your data contains decimals (e.g. 101.2, 204.3, 2302.5), it is recommended to multiply by 10, 100, or the appropriate factor, so that the decimal point is removed (e.g. 101.2 would be entered as 1012). This conversion ensures the correct interpretation and processing of the data in the table. Also, the values entered can be represented in miles, kilometres, or whatever measurement is required.
