For scenarios where you have different brands in a multi-trip journey (connex or roundtrips), you need to be specially careful. Otherwise the system will lack info for one of the trips and throw an error. Same rules described lines above still apply even for multi trip journeys.

Dashboard

The dashboard allows you to view a breakdown of your transactions, tickets, and journeys in addition to the tickets per channel. Similar to the previous iteration, you can view these quantities in a variety of date ranges: 12 months (annual), 12 weeks (quarter), 30 days (month), 7 days (week), today, and custom ranges. The bar graphs adapt to the selected duration - becoming more granular for shorter time frames i.e. will show by month for the annual selection and by day for the 30 day selection.

Move

It is now possible to merge customers with different non-overlapping journeys into a single seat, thus ensuring the sale of longer distance trips to increase revenue generation. As in my example, having a single seat occupied 100% of the trip versus two seats for part of the trip, preventing the sale of either seat for full revenue potential (sale of the longer distance trip).
