Trusted untrusted users

Users can select (or be assigned) one or more “default” shift locations on the user configuration page. If a user has default shift locations assigned to him, he will be able to select one of the locations that appears but if he selects a location other than the trusted machine location when trying to make a sale he will get a message: Can't sell on this (Location trusted Machine) since you have a shift opened in (Location Shift) the two locations must match.

Multicurrency display

Displayed Currencies in this section, selecting the available currencies will allow some one selling from this station's shift location to sell in the selected currencies.

Payments report

The Payments report allows to view information related to any transactions done through any of your sales channels. The way the information is displayed makes it easier to identify any group of transactions that may have some issue with the payments, or get information by shift location to be able to evaluate specific agencies.

Refunds report

Once in the refunds report page, you will see there are a variety of filters to select the data that you are interested in seeing. As shown below, the filtering options available include filtering by payment type, refund type, date created, product, brand, shift location or Original Purchase Shift Location. Once you select the data you would like to display, click on the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

Transaction summary

Once in the Transaction Summary report page, you can filter the data by Payment type, Agency, date, Authentication code, or Shift Location. Once you select the data you would like to display, click on the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

Shift Locations Select the shift locations which will be available for the user to open a shift for the sales flow. Only into the selected locations, user will be able to open it. By default, "All" option is set, so that all options will be available, included the new created stations.

Parcel report

Once on the Parcels report page, you will see that there are a variety of filters to select the data you are interested in viewing. As shown below, the filtering options available include filtering by status, agency, creation date, tracking status or shift location. Once you have selected the data you wish to view, click the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

Once in the Transactions report page, you can filter the data by payment type, agency, transaction date, Auth code, Status, or Shift location. Once you select the data you would like to display, click on the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

Network / Agencies

When you log in to your new agency account for the first time, the opening page will say "New Shift" and direct you to select a location. The drop down menu will be empty and you will see a yellow warning banner telling you to create a station. You will need to create a station in the agency account which will only be used as the location for the shift of the agency and is not related to your products or routes in any way.
