Stations (and locations) can be created and managed under the Operations>Stations menu.

This is for locations, stations also consider as internal agencies and it is not to be confused with Network Agency. This feature does not allow you to close the shifts of a network agency.

Users can select (or be assigned) one or more “default” shift locations on the user configuration page. If a user has default shift locations assigned to him, he will be able to select one of the locations that appears but if he selects a location other than the trusted machine location when trying to make a sale he will get a message: Can't sell on this (Location trusted Machine) since you have a shift opened in (Location Shift) the two locations must match.

Shift Locations Select the shift locations which will be available for the user to open a shift for the sales flow. Only into the selected locations, user will be able to open it. By default, "All" option is set, so that all options will be available, included the new created stations.

Users can select (or be assigned) one of more "default" shift locations in the users setting page. If a user has default shift locations assiged, they will not be able to select a different location when opening a shift (see below), just the ones authorized for them.

The create screen only has two fields, a list of locations (as defined in your Square dashboard) and a text field to enter a name for the terminal.

There are a few different locations in which one can find the Journey price version id.

Next, select the currencies in which you would like the prices displayed and currencies accepted for your different locations that will accept currencies other than the base currency of the account.

Shift Locations: This field will allow selecting the locations from which a shift can be opened and the modifiers can be executed.
