The Sales inventory section contains all the areas and settings used to prepare the offert(s).

ONLY associate one seatmap per inventory item. If you don't have a Seat Map already made, you may select 'New Seat Map' to create one. NOTE: The capacity of the inventory item must match number of seats on the seat map.

The second form is to go to the schedules page directly using the Admin > Sales inventory > Schedules menu.

• Enable the setting from here: admin/sales-inventory/operation-settings. "Enable the assignment of manual ticket sequences to users"

Navigate to admin>network to configure your own account's network configuration, or to manage the agencies partnered with your account. By definition, a network agency is a secondary -but independent- account with limited access to your inventory.

First, navigate to Administration -> Sales Inventory -> Schedules and select the the schedule that you would like to assign the brand to.

• Go to Admin > Sales inventory > Routes

The last step is to assign the new inventory item and seat map to the schedule. To do this, navegate to Admin -> Sales inventory -> Routes, and select the route and schedule and from there you can assign the seatmap to the schedule.

First, navigate to the Admin > Sales inventory > Routes. Next, select the Route that contains the schedule to which you would like to associate the operating company. Finally, go to the Operating Company drop down menu and select and click Save

The last step is to assign the new inventory item and seat map to the schedule. To do this, navegate to Admin -> Sales inventory -> Routes, and select the route and schedule and from there you can assign the seatmap to the schedule.

You can access the Segments information page in the Admin -> Sales inventory -> Segments information menu.

Go to Admin > Sales inventory > Routes

To begin, navigate to Administration -> Sales Inventory -> Routes and select the route in which you wish to adjust the price.

In order to start selling your inventory through Busbud, there are a few steps that are required to follow:

• Trips and inventory updated each 2 hours.

To create a route, navigate to Admin -> Sales inventory -> Routes and select +Add New.

You can access the Operation settings page in the Admin -> Sales inventory -> Operation settings menu.

Use Case: Ensure there are no omissions to schedule configurations for operating company and brand.

Configuration: Administration -> Sales Inventory -> Sales Operations, checkbox for "Operating company mandatory for schedules" and "Brand selection mandatory for schedules"

There is a feature for you to have control over your schedule inventory.

• Administration / Sales inventory / Routes (select the route to edit)

This will allow to sell the invited provider's inventory along with yours if any.
