Network / Agencies

When you login to the new agency account, the opening page will say "New Shift" and direct you to select a location, but you will not be able choose anything from within the drop-down menu. This is because no stations for this agency has been created within the agency account. You will need to create a station in the agency account which will only be used as the location for the shift of the agency and is not related to your products or routes in any way.

If a ticket/pass/fallback code is scanned and the trip and station are not selected then the app will redirect the user to the select trip view so that the trip and the station can be selected before redeeming the ticket/pass/fallbackCode. This will always happen at the beginning of the scan session after login, immediately after the first ticket/pass/fallback code scan as no trip was selected before.

Filter trips

If you edit an existing station's name, the change will flow through to all the Routes, Schedules, and Fares already set up. Editing a Station name will also reset the Filtered Trips. This means that all Filtered Trips will show up both in the Backoffice and Web Sales, which is why we recommend not changing a Station name after trips have been filtered out.

Pricing - parcel zones

In the provinces select box you can select multiple provinces/states. These provinces will be matched with the origin station when making a sale to find the correct zone to calculate prices. If multiple zones match, the first zone will be used, usually the older zone on the system but this is not guarantee.
