In the seatmap list you can delete existing seatmaps clicking the red X (if the seatmap is not in use).

To get this option available we need to have a "seatmapsNewDesign" flag turned ON under preferences in "accounts" collection. If not we'll be redirected to the old version

To setup live seatmaps, we first need to update the hold period a customer will have on their purchase window selection that will prevent other users from booking the same seat.

The right side of the overview is a bit different depending on the use of seatmaps and/or vehicle assignment.

If you want to change seatmaps or capacity, you need to do this kind of operation: expire + create a new schedule.

Allow to assign a vehicle without a seatmap to a manifest. This feature if enable will allow to assign a vehicle to a manifest without a seatmap. Notice that this will only work if the manifest doesn't already has a seatmap assigned, if so, even with this feature enable you will not be able to change the manifest to stop using seatmaps.

Seatmaps has to be set up correctly

In order to apply the prices to the seats you must configure their price in a fare table and assign the seat class to the seats in seatmaps.

In the case the manifest uses seatmaps, the first available seat will be assigned to the ticket and showed in the scanner app.
