The redemptions report allows to view information related to any tickets bought using redeemable items through any of your sales channels. This includes products like ticket bundles and flex passes.

The Ridership report allows to view the number of ticket redemptions per schedule in a specific time window. It was recently enhanced to show trips from the current day.

In this screen it is also shown a list of redemptions that were not uploaded yet. These redemptions are a consequence of tickets scans and will disappear once synchronization runs.

To allow any user to unredeem reservations from the manifest in the app, check the Allow unredemptions option.

Ticket Status can be affected by payments, post-sales operations, redemptions, or time-based rules.

• Flex pass redemptions will create new tickets. This means that scanning a flex pass OR redeeming it in advance will add up a transaction and a ticket. However, since there is no payment associated to a redemption, the revenue will remain the same.

Customer In order to allow the voucher to be used by any customer, leave the name field blank and this way the voucher can be made available for multiple redemptions.

Scrolling down within this view allows the user to click on different tabs to display historical transaction information as it pertains to actual transactions, unique tickets, refunds, redemptions, and loyalty points movements.
