To enable print templates overrides, navigate to Administration>Printing>Print settings and look into the QZ.IO PREFERENCES where you can find the Print template overrides.

The Overrides report is made for tracking the waived cancellation or change fees. It offers details on when and who did the override to provide better control on regular operations.

• For oversize packages, you can create another fare class. Follow the steps above except, when it comes to entering maximum dimensions, increase the weight limit and under 'Adjustment Type' drop-down list, choose '% percentage', '$ dollar' or 'override price', and enter the appropriate values. See an example below where 'override price' is selected. Note that for the '% percentage' option, the system will pull the route price from the appropriate zone table, and apply the overrage % to it.

If your operations require that certain Origin & Destinations (O&Ds) be given a specific price that is a - % discount, $ amount discount, or override of the base fare - then, you can create fare type exceptions to accomodate these scenarios.

Always apply taxes to fees When enabled, this will override the taxable setting of the cancel fees and products in a transaction, to always apply any corresponding taxes to the cancel fees (only applicable to reservation and parcel products)

You can select three options to modify the price calculated in the price schema % percentage, $ dollar or Override

• Round trip adjustment: Here either a $, %, or $ override figure can be selected over a range of prices.

• Child (which would calculate an adjustment based on your adult base fare. You could decide to charge only $1.00 per child. In which case it would override your Adult fare and charge $1.00 per child.)

This settings override the connection engines configuration for connections at this station only

Trip departure time offset: This value apply when the sale is made near of the trip departure time and override partially maximum waiting time behaviour.
If the sale is made between trip departure minus this offset, the expiration time will be set from that moment plus the offset. This feature set a time window where the system extends the expiration time beyond the trip departure. Also, it allow made sales after trip departure.

This type of pricing schema uses the concept of a base fare which is declared when configuring the fare type. The price of the base fare is then input into the fare table and all other fare types associated to the same product are configured as an adjustment (dollar $, percentage %, or override price) to the base fare. Ex. If the adult is the base fare for an O & D priced at $100, and the child fare represents a 50% adjustment to the base fare, the child fare will cost $50 for the same O & D.

Enter the type of price adjustment that should be applied to the journey when a passenger purchases a Round Trip. If the trip departs and returns on the same day you should set the Same day option. Possible values are: % (adjust the base price of the journey by a percentage), $ (adjust the base price of the journey by a dollar amount), override (change the base price of the journey).
