To enable print templates overrides, navigate to Administration>Printing>Print settings and look into the QZ.IO PREFERENCES where you can find the Print template overrides.

The Overrides report is made for tracking the waived cancellation or change fees. It offers details on when and who did the override to provide better control on regular operations.

To access your Overrides Report, navigate to Intelligence -> Parcels

The Display name, the list of Parameters and the Parameters overrides are also required values. At least one Credit card has to be selected, just like the Currencies if the related channel was turned on and the the account is a multi-currency account.
