If a ticket has been falsely redeemed there is an 'Unredeem' option.

Users can unredeem reservations from the manifest page in the scanning app. In order to enable this, scroll down in the Administation > Scanning page until you reach the UNREDEEM RESERVATIONS section:

By Clicking on any one of the squares, you can access the manifest in order to redeem or unredeem tickets, manually add capacity to a specific schedule, or learn about any specific SSRs related to a manifest.

Once the ticket is out of uses, operations will be greyed out, but all info will be available for later review. You can also manually "unredeem" the ticker directly from this section.

Use Case: Operators who want to allow drivers more autonomy where an incorrect ticket is scanned, the unredeem ticket option can be enabled in the scanning app.

Configuration: Work with Betterez support to enable or disable role permissions for unredemptions of tickets for your driver role.

Make sure to update to the latest driver app to see the latest features.

This setting is needed if you want to redeem/unredeem tickets from past trips. Also, refunding expired tickets is only possible with this option enabled.

• Station manifest: Now the user can see the list of passengers for each station and redeem/unredeem tickets from there.
