It is possible to do bulk redeem for active product lines and routes that are enabled, even if the schedule is expired.

To redeem a gift certificate in the Betterez Backoffice app, the user would need to enter the entire 24 character Gift Certificate ID including the GC label as well, in the payment field. Since this is quite a long code, we recommend copying and pasting the digits when possible.

When a bundle is purchased, the client will always receive a ticket confirmation that will have all of the redeemable item codes on the pdf that arrives to the client email. The number of codes on the pdf depend on how the bundle is configured for sale.

This option will allow to redeem tickets of all the products associated with a given trip. For example, if we have a reservation product associated to a given trip and we also have a ticket product associated to it then we will be able to redeem the tickets related to the ticket product.

Flexpass

Likewise, a websales user can redeem a Flexpass in advance for a reservation product through the internet. To do so, the client will have to copy and paste the Flexpass ID (FD-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) that can be found in their transaction confirmation in the space on the corresponding Flexpass product screen and clicking the Redeem button.

So for example if the date validation is set as a error, when the dates don't match it won't be possible to redeem the ticket. However if that validation is set as a warning the driver will be warned but is possible to redeem the ticket (either by moving it to the selected date or leaving the ticket in the original manifest's date).

Using the scanner app

A redemption can be made by scanning a code or reading an NFC tag, in both cases the app must be in scanning mode, being in scanning mode implies all the requirements to redeem are satisfied. Redemption by NFC is only available for Passes.

Products - flexpass

If you modify a flex pass in use from Product A to Product B, all previous flex passes purchased with the flex pass linked to Product A wont be able to be redeemed for Product B but will still stay redeemable for Product A. Even if flexpass has already been modified to Product B. All future purchased flex passes will be redeemed with Product B.
