The list of manifest is a summary of possible trips with capacity, load and redemption information.

With Betterez, you can actively monitor the capacity of your different schedules, the purchase of different products , and/or the purchase of special service requests by using the Notifications feature.

Also the warnings for full capacity are now very specific in all scanneable items (online mode)

Capacity: Enter the capacity of the vehicle. If you are associating a seatmap, the capacity will default to the capacity of the seatmap created.

Also when enable the capacity of the manifest will not be changed if the vehicle doesn't have a seatmap assigned to it. Ex: you have a manifest with a capacity of 50 and you assign a vehicle (without a seatmap) with a capacity of 20, the manifest capacity will remain at 50.

ONLY associate one seatmap per inventory item. If you don't have a Seat Map already made, you may select 'New Seat Map' to create one. NOTE: The capacity of the inventory item must match number of seats on the seat map.

If you'd like to show the trip capacity only in Backoffice but never in Websales, you can check the Show availability information in trip results option and set Low availability warning to zero. This will disable the availability messages in Websales, while still showing this information in Backoffice.

Operators looking to adjust their prices for schedules over a specific date range with different capacities can take advantage of the Betterez Price Buckets feature. This will enable you to price your seats based on capacity buckets for normal and promotional loading.

The connection engine doesn't consider the trip capacity when finding trips, and it won't backfill other trips if there is a 0 trip. E.g, if you set only 1 connection trip for each available departure/arrival time, there are 2 connection trips available, one connection trip contains a 0 capacity trip, it will show no trip found error instead of showing the next available trip.

Capacity impact: Enter a value so that the special service affects the capacity of the scheduled route, as in, it will update the capacity of the trip in which the ticket was purchased.

By Clicking on any one of the squares, you can access the manifest in order to redeem or unredeem tickets, manually add capacity to a specific schedule, or learn about any specific SSRs related to a manifest.

A Schedule is the itinerary that you will set up to go from Origin to Destination of your route, going through all your desired stations. You would need to set up, arrival and departure times for each station, capacity of the bus, validity of this schedule among other configurations.

This seat is not available and cannot be booked via any channels. It would serve to control social distancing. Blocked seats affect capacity.

Load Factor: This field will allow configuring the range (in percentage) of bus capacity at which the modifier will be executed. For example, if the bus has 40 seats and the Load Factor is set with a range from 10% to 100%, the modifier will only execute when at least 4 seats are reserved, as the modifier configuration will apply starting from the fourth seat. If it is desired for the modifier to always execute from the first seat, then the opening range should be set to 0%.

The system calculates capacity based on the parameters of the search. For example a seat with one seat left will be shown as sold out if the passenger is trying to purchase two or more tickets. So some trips will be shown as "Sold out" with respect of the search parameters even when they are not technically sold out and some seats may be available.
