Starting a refund remains the same. From the Transaction details, click on Cancel

There are two guides below: One to set up the refundable status of the payment (only needs to be done once), and the actual process to cancel a ticket.

Email refund receipts automatically: when selected, upon completing a refund (cancellation) an email will be send to the customer associated to the original transaction with details of the refund and a PDF of the transaction details.

Every change/cancellation or update that involves a new payment, will always generate a new transaction. In the details of the new transaction you will also have a reference to the old one, to track information and undertsand the status.

• Cancellable: This option will allow passengers to cancel their tickets

Cancellable if selected the Redeemable items generated for this bundle will be cancellable.

A manifest with "Operations" status is not sellable in any channel, and can not have passengers moved to the trip (similar to "cancelled" status). The manifest cannot be set to "Operation" status if there are passengers booked on this manifest.

Use Case: Operators who need to move vehicles from one location to another, for logistical planning rather than passenger transport.

A warning message will ask you to confirm enrollement. Click ok to accept or cancel to go back.

Prevent changing the status to Cancelled after dispatching a manifest. If this option is enabled and a manifest has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Click on the Save button to add the record to the list or cancel to go back to the list.

You will be presented with a confirmation message where you can confirm or cancel the deletion fo the record.

A refund process with Prisma starts in the same way as a general refund in the Betterez platform. In the transaction details, click on the Cancel button to go to the refund page. Transactions must be eligible for a refund.

In this step you can also cancel this operation by clicking cancel in the confirmation message and the subdomain won't be deleted.

This feature allows to cancel by setting a time prior (positive numbers) or after(negative) the departure time.

When a Flexpass is configured to be "redeemed in advance, " customers can enter the sales flow to reserve a seat before their trip and "pay" using their flex pass. Tickets that were generated from a flexpass redemption can be changed or cancelled to free seats. However, the system will not grant any credit for the change operation to prevent fraud.

This error will show up when the customer or the cashier cancels the payment at the Square terminal. In this case you can start the process again.

Starting with this version when the app detects the driver is near a different station than the one selected on the app, then it will show a message to the user telling that is going to change the selected station. The message will dissapear after a couple of seconds and the user has the option to cancel the change during that period.

The use of the operation messages feature will help communicate service disruptions/cancellations in a particular area to customers (via websales) and back-office users alike purchasing a reservation product or redeeming a flex-pass for a reservation.

If set to be cancellable, Flexpasses can be cancelled.

To go back click the select key again and the cancel key several times until you go back to the payment screen.
