A manifest with "Operations" status is not sellable in any channel, and can not have passengers moved to the trip (similar to "cancelled" status). The manifest cannot be set to "Operation" status if there are passengers booked on this manifest.

Use Case: Operators who need to move vehicles from one location to another, for logistical planning rather than passenger transport.

After successfully moving the ticket, you will automatically be directed to the ticket details page where the new manifest date will be shown, with the Moved tag displayed in red. Notice that the ticket number has not changed.

By Clicking on any one of the squares, you can access the manifest in order to redeem or unredeem tickets, manually add capacity to a specific schedule, or learn about any specific SSRs related to a manifest.

Stations and locations

During the purchase flow the customer will be asked to select an airline when purchasing tickets from or to an Airport station, and the terminal will be used to group the tickets in the manifest to provide more information to your drivers.

Station manifest let the user check the passenger's list for each station, organized by embarking (ON) and disembarking (OFF).

Transaction Details

The ticket details page has all the basic information on the ticket on the table on the left. You can also click on some parameters to navigate to other pages. For instance, clicking on the travel date will take you to the manifest where the ticket is located. You can access the agent's shift and the JP rule applied for this ticket's pricing as well.

Please note that you will only be able to view the number of tickets redeemed on the manifest once the check in has been closed.

Items report

Once in the Items report page, you will see there are a variety of filters to select the data that you are interested in seeing. As shown below, some of the filtering options available include filtering by Item type (paid-in/paid-out), Shift Location, payment status and date range from purchase or Manifest date. Once you select the data you would like to display, click on the "Apply Filters" button to display the data.

Seatmaps

Once in use, seatmaps can't be changed or modified. They need to be copied into a new version. This can be done in each manifest. Alternatively if it is meant to be a long term change, you can create new schedules with the new seatmaps, move the tickets from the old schedules to the new ones and expire the old schedules with the old seatmaps.

Flexpass

The Flexpass can also be redeemed for a reservation in the moment prior to boarding by having the driver or scanner operator directly scan the Flexpax ticket QR code. Once scanned, the one use has been redeemed and the passenger details associated with the Flexpass will populate the passenger manifest.

So for example if the date validation is set as a error, when the dates don't match it won't be possible to redeem the ticket. However if that validation is set as a warning the driver will be warned but is possible to redeem the ticket (either by moving it to the selected date or leaving the ticket in the original manifest's date).

Connections

The service will then fetch the up-to-date capacity information for each trip, using the manifests for the vehicles that are involved. If a trip does not have enough capacity on one of the vehicles, the trip will be removed.
