To speed up the selling process you could check Select the first available trip (back office). When this is selected the trip selectoin screen will be skipped and the system will pick the first available trip for each day of travel automatically. Although this feature is incompatible with the early seat selection feature.

You can manage what trips will be shown to the customer based on the time of purchase and the times of the trips.

The passenger selects an origin, destination, number of fares, and date of travel.

Next, the service will look at all of the possible trip departure and arrival times, and eliminate trips that are not desirable.

As we continue the initial configuration of your account, there may be some holidays to identify during which time you have abnormal or enhanced service schedules or cease operations altogether. In this case, you will need to identify these holidays.

Ticket Status can be affected by payments, post-sales operations, redemptions, or time-based rules.

Day of week: Select the days of the week you want to send the notification. By default all days are selected. If a day is unselected, that day we will not send any notification, regardless of the travel day.

If a customer notification is set to be sent 24h before departure time of the trip, clients that book after this 24h mark wont receive the notification since the ticket was purchased after the system had already sent the notifications for that specific trip based on the configuration. By the time they booked there is no notification in the system configured to be sent out.

• Earliest travel date: By date and time.

A third option is to click in the travel date on the ticket details page.

The list will show manifest sorted by time by default. You can re-sort clicking the grid columns.

Apply only if origin and destination state/province are the same: This value can be configured only if the State/Province field was set. If this is option is enabled the tax only will be applied if the province origin and destination of the travel are the same.

Country: The name of the country where this tax should apply. This field should only be used when taxes apply to a whole country. If your account has taxes per state/province, only use the State/Province field (you can't select country and province at same time). By default this value is "All".

Restrict passengers: If =true, the flexpass will not allow a different passenger to travel from the passenger that is associated with the flex pass.

Avoid overlapping times in different trips: If =true, an error message will appear on the passenger details screen if the same flexpass is used to redeem two trips with overlapping journey times on the same date.
