Vehicles can be assigned to schedules and manifest. Each vehicle can also be associated to a seatmap.

Click New section, you will be able to customize the seatmap based on your running vehicles.

If a manifest requires maintaining the same seat positions when changing vehicles between two seatmaps with different capacities, the Enable seat reaccommodation by preferred seat option must be enabled in the Operation Settings section.

Vehicle: Assign a vehicle item. To be able to assign vehicles the vehicles need to have been previously created and the user will need read access to the permission "/operations/manifests/changeseatmap".

The service uses the routes and schedules that have been configured, as well as the origin, destination, and date of travel requested, to build a traffic simulation that simulates the movements of all of your vehicles over multiple days. All routes/schedules need to belong to the same product.

Navigate to Admin -> Sales operations -> Vehicles, then select the Vehicle you want to assign a seatmap to. Keep in mind that a vehicle must be created before being able to assign a seatmap. Then, scroll to the bottom and select +Add seatmap.

Creating an amenity group is the next step in differentiating your fleet of vehicles as well as the services that are offered on them.

You can also set a Load factor range so this rule will only target purchases where the highest load factor of all vehicles on all legs of the journey is greater or equal to LOAD FACTOR FROM and less than LOAD FACTOR TO at the time that the trip search is performed.

A manifest with "Operations" status is not sellable in any channel, and can not have passengers moved to the trip (similar to "cancelled" status). The manifest cannot be set to "Operation" status if there are passengers booked on this manifest.
