Navigate to admin>network to configure your own account's network configuration, or to manage the agencies partnered with your account. By definition, a network agency is a secondary -but independent- account with limited access to your inventory.

To assign a credit to each agency, go to Admin > Network > Agencies, then go to the desired agency's configuration and update the credit here. Increasing or decreasing the credit limit will update the current credit.

To do this, navigate to Admin -> Network and select the I am an operator flag.

The Flexpass family of products allows you sell passes configured for different lengths of times and for use from point to point or network-wide. The sub products to sell, pricing and taxing schema can vary by channel based on the configuration(s) you select.

This is for locations, stations also consider as internal agencies and it is not to be confused with Network Agency. This feature does not allow you to close the shifts of a network agency.

The same differences in the purchase flow demonstrated in backoffice sales channels will present themselves in the websales sales flow as it pertains to point to point pricing (ability to select origin and destination) and network-wide pricing (select dates only without requirement to select origin or destination).

for your network agency accounts, we also recommend keeping an admin user to manage the other agent users. It is not possible to edit or create network agency users from your Backend account.

Warning If =true the operation message will appear as a warning (in an orange colour), but still allow the customer to proceed with the purchase. If warning is selected and a station is not associated to the warning, the warning message will apply to all stations network-wide.

The move feature is only available for the Main Backend account, it is not enabled for Network Agencies.

Pricing type: Using the drop down menu, the product may be associated to point to point or network wide. If network wide is selected, a field will appear to enter a price for the product.

• In your main account: Go to Administration / Network / Agencies and enter the agency you want to assign it to. Scroll down to the print template options and enable the template for the agency.
