Loyalty add remove points

Once a user is enrolled in the loyalty program, points can be manually added to or removed from the loyalty member's account by an administrative user. The ability to add or remove points is hidden behind a permission that can be added to a user role upon request by contacting support@betterez.com. The user adding or removing the points must also select one of the pre-configured reasons for the addition or deletion of points and may also add a free-text comment.

Payment Providers: Stripe

Before enabling 3DS please contact Stripe and request they enable MOTO payments in your account. Once the MOTO payments are enable by Stripe you can enable 3DS. If you don't have MOTO enable on Stripe payments in back end using Stripe with 3DS enable will fail.

Use Case: Customer may create multiple profiles over their purchase history. In Betterez you are able to select one profile as the parent, and merge all other profiles into the parent. All history and loyalty points are moved to the main parent profile.

Configuration: The setting is available in any customer details page, the button to “merge” will be at the top right. If this option is not available right now in your account, please reach out to support@betterez.com and request to enable the customer account merge feature.
