If you use different operating companies to operate specific routes and schedules and would like to identify them by official name and tax identification number on the ticket then this feature is for you.

Here you will choose in which operating companies this invoice provider will be available. If none is selected, it will appear in every operating company.

• Each time you upload a file, it will add on to the existing entries in the database. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SAVE/MAINTAIN A MASTER LIST OF COMPANIES UPLOADED AS THERE IS NO WAY TO EXPORT THIS LIST TODAY.

Same behavior for Amenity groups, Brands and Operating companies as a parameter to work only in those selected cases

Allow operating companies to configure their own ticket numbers. Operating companies won't be able to have custom ticket numbers on their tickets.

Many companies have pricing agreements with different types of public and/or private organizations ensuring that their members and/or employees will receive special pricing, often at a discuont from the normal fare.

Agencies may not see the Company fields and searching for companies may be disabled depending on how the agency have been setup by the provider.

Use Case: Operators who prefer to follow their own ticket sequencing and format can opt to use this feature for continuity. Note that when this is enabled, all future tickets will start their numbering sequence and increase by 1 for each ticket issued in the system.

Configuration: Administration -> Sales Inventory -> Sales Operations, checkbox for "Allow operating companies to configure their own ticket numbers". Once enabled go to Administration -> Operating Companies, create an operating company and go to subheading "Sequences". Ensure all your schedules are assigned an operating company to use sequences correctly.

You can also enter all routes , the amenity groups, brands, or operating companies that are targeted by this rule.
