The Betterez platform allows a user to configure different types of promotions. Simply navigate to Admin -> Promos.

Vouchers are promotional tools that are available for one-time redemption only, and cannot be distributed for multiple purchases. In order to create a new voucher you must first navigate to Admin -> Vouchers to be brought to the Voucher Settings screen.

The Promos report allows to view information related to any tickets bought using promo discounts through any of your sales channels.

During the booking flow promotions need to be entered manually. This is perfect for websales where you want to make sure people enter promo codes they are aware off. Sometimes in backoffice can be cumbersome, specially if you use promo codes to provide preferential pricing to certain passengers.

Promos need to be available for Back End if you want to be able to change in the Back End tickets that were purchased with the promo through web channels.

Finaly you can select the manual promo codes if enable.

If you configure Rules by Brand you need to account for a scenario that would cover All Brands (or lack of brand) for the scenario where in a round trip you have one of the trip without brand and another one with a brand, the system wont be able to calculate which path to follow, if the general Rule one or the Rules by Brand in which case it will give an error since it does not find a promo that would apply in this specific scenario. If you configure one for All Brands this is the one that will apply in this scenario.

Si configuras Reglas por Marca necesitas tener en cuenta un escenario que cubra Todas las Marcas (o falta de marca) para el escenario donde en un viaje de ida y vuelta tienes uno del viaje sin marca y otro con marca, el sistema no podrá calcular qué camino seguir, si la Regla general o las Reglas por Marca en cuyo caso dará error ya que no encuentra una promo que aplique en este escenario en específico. Si configuras una para Todas las Marcas esta es la que aplicará en este escenario.
