If the segment doesn't exist when trying to create a schedule you will have the option to create the segment(s) at that time.

You can use this feature to stop people from booking in some segments of a given manifest.

The list of manifest is a summary of possible trips with capacity, load and redemption information.

Now, continuing with the booking flow, in the shopping cart screen, at the time of selecting the payment information from the drop down of payment methods (ex: cash, credit card, etc...) you can select Loyalty Points and add the customer number (with or without the dashes) and add the payment.

In order to setup the gift certificate feature, navigate to Admin -> Gift certificates and select +Add new and enter the following information on the New Gift Certificate screen.
