Manifests

There can often be disruptions to services or specific operational updates that require notifications to customers. The manifest email notification is available to provide live email messages to customers (NOT passengers) who have purchased tickets in a given manifest.

To run the manual synchronization go to the app menu -> Synchronize -> and press the Manual sync button. Once it finishes a notification will be shown in the screen. The notification shows the last time synchronization ran and also the number of tickets that were uploaded and downloaded, these numbers are cumulative and will be reset if you close the notification by pressing on the x.

This will affect the sales flow, if an origin is selected the origin field in the sales flow will default to this value and can't be changed. If you select both an origin and a destination, both values will be pre selected and can't be changed.

Prices for redeemable items are based on the cheaper trip found for the following 7 days when a user purchase the bundle. That price is them discounted by the amount in value (either a percentage or money amount).

Payment Providers: Square - Set Up

Maximum waiting time: Indicates the time Betterez will wait for the payment to be processed. After that time the referenced payment will expire. If the calculed expiration time exceeds the trip departure, then the payment will expire in the trip departure time.
If the sale time exceeds trip departure time, then the payment will expire from that moment plus maximum waiting time.
This parameter override the default behaviour.
