Exporting data
Most reports are available for export as a .csv file (which can be opened in Excel).
Start by going to the report which has the data you'd like to download. There will be a Download button at the top of the grid.

Logins report

Account preferences
Note that account inputs such as terms and conditions, fares types, custom messages, etc will not be automatically translated and will need to be completed by the operator since they depend on the message/name you will like to enter here.
Enter the name that will appear on the header of the printed ticket and confirmation emails. This is the name your account will be identified. If you are an agency, this name will also appear as the agency name in several reports.
Network / Agencies
You can also select what access to the data does the agency has. By default, agencies can only access customers, transactions and tickets created by themselves.
You will need to provide a Company name for the agency; this name will be displayed in some reports and tickets, as well as the agencies list in the Agencies tab. Make sure this is a name that will be representative and will allow you to easily identify the agency.

Stations and locations
During the purchase flow the customer will be asked to select an airline when purchasing tickets from or to an Airport station, and the terminal will be used to group the tickets in the manifest to provide more information to your drivers.
Border code: The border code that identifies this station in the check in reports, only enabled if country custom is selected.

Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to view a breakdown of your transactions, tickets, and journeys in addition to the tickets per channel. Similar to the previous iteration, you can view these quantities in a variety of date ranges: 12 months (annual), 12 weeks (quarter), 30 days (month), 7 days (week), today, and custom ranges. The bar graphs adapt to the selected duration - becoming more granular for shorter time frames i.e. will show by month for the annual selection and by day for the 30 day selection.
Release Notes
Use Case: For operators who have configured open return tickets, allow your passengers to redeem the open return for a different origin and destination than was booked on the first leg. Ex: customer can book A -> D and then use the open return to redeem for a C -> B ticket. The value of the open return is paid against the cost of the return for whatever O&D.
