Once everything is configured you have to assign the users you want to be authenticated in Betterez in OneLogin. To do it go to the Users section to locate your the user you want and assign the recently created application to that user.

Accounts with SSO: If an account has Force SSO enabled (see Single Sign On), its card shows the SSO provider below the domain. Selecting that account starts the SSO sign-in flow with that provider as usual.

Multi-Account Support: The same user email can exist in multiple accounts. Upon logging in, if a user belongs to multiple accounts, they will be prompted to select which account they wish to enter. See Multi-account login for the full sign-in flow.

OneLogin auth integration

EntraId auth integration

  • Enable: If Yes, single sign-on with EntraId is enabled

Users will be able to click on the Sign in with EntraId button to be redirected to the EntraId authentication portal. Once successfully authenticated in EntraId, they will be automatically redirected back to Betterez with their session started.

Manifests

If the manifest doesn't have a seatmap you will see a single field with the current capacity that can be changed.

The right side of the overview is a bit different depending on the use of seatmaps and/or vehicle assignment.
