This article explains how to activate the Google Wallet and Apple Wallet options in confirmation emails. This feature allows passengers to add purchased tickets to their digital wallets for easy access on their devices.

Every passenger can interact with the Betterez WebSales platform with the help of Apple VoiceOver, Google TalkBack and Microsoft Narrator.

Cada pasajero puede interactuar con la plataforma Betterez WebSales con la ayuda de Apple VoiceOver, Google TalkBack y Microsoft Narrator.

Betterez offers three possible pricing schemas for products of the parcel family, Distance by postal code, Distance by google maps and Zone pricing.

• It will use the postal code of the origin and destination stations and calculate prices based on GPS coordinates of those postal codes using Google Maps.

• Utilizará el código postal de las estaciones de origen y destino y calculará los precios en función de las coordenadas GPS de dichos códigos postales utilizando Google Maps.

Distance will be calculated based on the pricing schema selected on your parcel product, either using Google maps API, or Earth distance algorithm.

Google maps: Go to google maps and select the exact point where the station is located, after that copy to URL of the webpage and paste it here. This will automatically update the latitude and longitude. This step is optional. (just use the URL from the browser's address bar, the short URL pulled from the "sharing" option might not work).
