The subscription to webhooks are a premium feature that can be enabled in each account. To enable webhooks, please send an email to sales@betterez.com.

Our change management for APIs and Webhooks follows an "expand and contract" approach. Under this methodology:

• Stations: Custom fields with model Stations appear when creating or editing a station under Operations > Stations. Values are stored on the station record and are included in the station API and in station webhooks. Required station custom fields must be filled before saving the station.

• Values: Text fields store the entered string. List fields store the selected option value. Checkbox fields store "on" when checked and are empty when unchecked. Values are saved with the station and returned in the station API and in station webhooks.
