For tickets purchased through the Distribusion channel, operators are required to contact the Distribusion Support Team at support@distribusion.com to request a refund. The Distribusion team will manage the refund process, and upon receiving their confirmation, the operator may proceed with the ticket cancellation within the IMS account to ensure that the seat is released and made available for resale.
